These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Collexeon website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). About Collexeon Collexeon is a platform that helps collectors organize, manage, showcase, and estimate the value of their collections. Although the platform currently focuses primarily on LEGO® collections, it is designed to support many different types of collectibles over time. Collexeon is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group, BrickLink, Rebrickable, or any other manufacturer or marketplace unless expressly stated. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use Collexeon. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. 3. Your Account You are responsible for: keeping your password secure maintaining accurate account information all activity occurring under your account You agree not to: impersonate another person create fraudulent accounts attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 4. Your Collection Data You retain ownership of the information you upload. This includes: collection inventories photographs descriptions notes custom items By uploading content, you grant Collexeon a non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and back up your content solely for operating the Service. If you choose to make a collection public, you grant Collexeon permission to display that content publicly. 5. Public Profiles Public collections and public profiles may be indexed by search engines. You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to make public. 6. Collection Valuations Collexeon may provide estimated values using third-party data sources. These estimates: are for informational purposes only are not guarantees of market value should not be relied upon for insurance, taxation, lending, or legal purposes Market prices change frequently. Actual sale prices may differ significantly. 7. Third-Party Services Collexeon may use information or services provided by third parties including, but not limited to: BrickLink Rebrickable Google OpenAI other data providers Collexeon is not responsible for: third-party service availability pricing accuracy API outages external website content Third-party services remain subject to their own terms. 8. AI Features Some features may use artificial intelligence to: identify collectibles extract information from photographs assist with valuations provide recommendations AI-generated results may be inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing important information before relying upon it. 9. Acceptable Use You agree not to: upload illegal content upload malicious software attempt to interfere with the Service scrape the platform without permission abuse APIs harass other users infringe intellectual property rights 10. Intellectual Property Collexeon, its branding, software, logos, graphics, and original content remain the property of Collexeon. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Collexeon's intellectual property. 11. Copyright If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without authorization, please contact us with sufficient information to investigate the claim. 12. Availability We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
